Almost everyone is b12 deficient. Even meat eaters. Get your levels tested. You will be b12 deficient. It has to do with modern farming and soil issues. The weight of the b12 argument linking to veganism makes it almost a myth because everyone has b12 deficiencies. Unless everyone’s joints starts locking up and dropping dead I don’t think it’s that much of an issue. So technically, everyone should be taking b12 supplements…which is not really needed anyways. get what I am saying?
